These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") apply without restriction or reservation to all sales made by P'tit Lapinou to customers, whether individuals or legal entities (referred to as "buyers"), for the purchase of products offered for sale on the website. Article 2: Scope
The products sold on this site include: Articles for childcare, furniture, and toys for children The General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the contractual relationship between P'tit Lapinou and the buyer. By purchasing on this site, the buyer unreservedly accepts these conditions and confirms having read them before placing an order. Before any transaction, the buyer confirms that their purchase on the site is unrelated to their professional activity and is limited to personal use. P'tit Lapinou reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time, either to comply with new regulations or to improve the use of the site. Thus, the conditions in effect on the date of the order will apply.
Article 3: Product Availability and Prices
The products offered for sale are those listed in our inventory. P'tit Lapinou may modify the selection of products at any time. Each product comes with a detailed description of its main features, such as size, use, composition, etc. Images are carefully designed to provide accurate representations of our products; however, it is important to note that they are not contractual. Products available for sale on the site are intended to be accessible to all customers residing in countries that freely permit the importation of these products.
Prices are displayed in Euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), and take into account any discounts. P'tit Lapinou reserves the right to modify prices at any time, and those in effect at the time of the order are the only ones applicable. Processing, shipping, and delivery fees are not included in the prices. They will be added separately unless otherwise indicated. The total amount, including these fees, is specified before the order. Delivery is free for orders equal to or exceeding €69.00 in metropolitan France. For orders below this amount, the delivery cost is €4.90.
Article 4: Creation of a Customer
Account To order on the site, the buyer must create an account by providing accurate information, such as their email address and phone number for delivery tracking. They must keep this information up to date by logging into their account. To access their customer area or place an order, the buyer must use their personal username and password. Unsubscribing can be requested via an email to support@ptitlapinou.shop.
In case of non-compliance with the GTC, P'tit Lapinou may suspend or close the account after an electronic notice and will delete all buyer's personal data. P'tit Lapinou disclaims any responsibility for site or server malfunctions caused by force majeure. These incidents may result in interruptions or modifications for maintenance reasons. By creating an account, the buyer accepts the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 5: Order Processing
The buyer selects the desired products by choosing options (size, color, quantity) and adds them to the cart. Unit prices are visible and can be adjusted before order validation. After providing their details or logging into their customer area, the buyer chooses their preferred payment method. Before final confirmation, shipping costs and the choice of the carrier are visible. The buyer validates by accepting the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, then enters their payment information in a secure interface. Offers are valid based on available stock, and the sale is considered concluded once full payment is made. P'tit Lapinou reserves the right to cancel an order in case of a dispute over a previous payment. The buyer can cancel the order before delivery, except in the case of the legal right of withdrawal.
Article 6: Payment Terms
The site only accepts payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carte Bleue) or PayPal and requires full payment at the time of ordering. Payment information is secured via the SSL protocol of the authorized provider. P'tit Lapinou reserves the right not to process or deliver an order in case of an official payment refusal or an ongoing dispute. In case of credit card payment refusal, the order will be canceled without compensation. Payments by PayPal or credit card are irreversible, except in cases of fraud where the buyer can request cancellation.
Article 7: Deliveries
Products ordered on the site will be delivered in Metropolitan France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland within 7 days, except in cases of force majeure. Delivery times, subject to available stock, are indicated below. The risks related to transport are the responsibility of the buyer from the moment the products leave P'tit Lapinou's premises.
The buyer must inspect the products within 7 days of delivery and report any problems to customer service via support@ptitlapinou.shop with supporting evidence (photos, in particular). No claims will be accepted after this period in case of damage during transport.
Article 8: Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of the products will be transferred from P'tit Lapinou to the buyer upon order acceptance, indicating agreement on the products and the price. However, effective transfer will only occur after the buyer's full payment, regardless of the delivery date.
Article 9: Right of Withdrawal and Withdrawal
Form According to Article L-121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 working days from the delivery date to return an item that does not suit them, provided it is in its original packaging and in good condition for subsequent sale. The buyer can then request an exchange or refund without penalty. Shipping and return costs are borne by the buyer. P'tit Lapinou reserves the right to refuse returns of incomplete, damaged, or dirty items. To exercise this right, the buyer can download the withdrawal form (soon available) and return it after completing it.
Article 10: Responsibilities
P'tit Lapinou disclaims any responsibility in the context of distance selling. The company has an obligation of means and cannot be held responsible for damages related to internet use, such as data loss, intrusions, viruses, service interruptions, or other unintentional problems.
Article 11: Warranties
P'tit Lapinou ensures the legal warranty of products according to Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-compliance with a product, the buyer can return it to P'tit Lapinou, which will proceed with the exchange or refund. Article 12: Protection of Personal Data

All elements of the site remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company P'tit Lapinou. Article 14: Applicable Law and Dispute
Resolution In case of divergence, the French version of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) prevails over translations into other languages. The GTC and transactions are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of Nancy, France.
