DELIVERY TIMES
Orders placed before 2 PM are shipped the same day, with expected delivery between 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak demand periods, order preparation may take up to 72 hours.
REGIONS
We deliver to Metropolitan France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
DELIVERY METHODS
We collaborate with DPD, Colissimo, and Mondial Relay for fast and flexible deliveries. DPD offers options such as home delivery, workplace delivery, or Pickup point relay. Colissimo provides home deliveries without a signature. Mondial Relay offers Points Relais® (partnered businesses) and Lockers (secure automatic lockers) for maximum flexibility. Deliveries are always made in person with a required signature. You will receive email notifications with a tracking link provided by the carrier. RATES
Delivery is free for purchases of €69 or more in Metropolitan France; otherwise, a fee of €4.90 applies.
RETURNS
In case of a change of mind, you can return products with the carrier of your choice. A prepaid return label can be provided, with the cost deducted from the refund.
RECEPTION CHECK
The customer must inspect the merchandise upon receipt and report any damage within 7 days of delivery. Beyond this period, damaged products are considered compliant, and no claims will be accepted.
INTERNATIONAL PRICES AND TIMES
For international deliveries, times and rates vary by country. For example, deliveries to Belgium / the Netherlands take 2-3 days, with fees of €5.90 for orders below €69 and €9.90 for those of €69 and above.
Deliveries to Austria / Germany are estimated at 2-4 days, with fees of €7.90 for orders below €69 and €9.90 for those of €69 and above.
For Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, delivery is estimated at 3-5 days, with fees of €10.90 for orders below €69 and €14.90 for those of €69 and above.
